Why book this course?
Working long hours used to be a badge of honour and in the world of work it was a sign of being successful. But are we successful if we do not have the time or energy to get the most important stuff done and make the impact we want personally and professionally?
When we try and juggle an overloaded to-do-list with everything else we have going on in our lives, it can become overwhelming. This leads to exhaustion, anxiety and stress which in turn trigger unhelpful beliefs and habits.
Our course will help you learn about the drivers that trigger our stress including people pleasing and perfectionism, and how we can transform our habits and behaviours to reduce stress and live a healthier, happier, and more productive life.
Attendees will leave the course with increased self-awareness of their behaviours and habits and how they can sabotage their productivity, impact, and happiness. There will also be an action plan and framework to implement habit changes that can transform the way they think and act every day.
