What will I get out of the training?
Resilience can be described as our ability to ‘bounce back’ from setbacks and maintain control under challenging circumstances. You will learn how to develop your own and others' personal effectiveness,allowing you to use your experiences to ‘bounce forward’ - not only recovering, but using them as an opportunity to improve.
By learning new techniques and sharing your experiences with others, you'll have improved your own confidence, and developed a greater understanding of how to incorporate positive ways of thinking within the workplace - both on a personal level and within your own teams.

The timings and format for our courses are as follows:

- Scheduled training courses held at one of our venues
Courses commence at 9:30am and finish at approximately 4:30pm. A hot and cold buffet lunch is included on all our scheduled courses, and refreshments are provided throughout the day.
- Scheduled training courses held virtually
Unless specified, courses commence at 9:30am and finish at approximately 4:00pm. The day is broken up into modules, both online and offline to ensure engagement and interaction. We also ensure that there are plenty of comfort breaks throughout the day.
