This course will combine Personal Resilience with Emotional Intelligence. It will help delegates understand their own position and style clearly, their organisational skills and in addition their ability to set and achieve personal goals and targets. On the EI side, you will gain an understanding of the five domains of Emotional Intelligence: Empathy & Handling Relationships, Self-Awareness, Self-Motivation and Self-Management.
